| A $50.00 deposit is required on all rentals. |

| Cancellation policy |
|
| The customer can cancel their rental up to 14 days prior to their scheduled rental date and get a refund of their deposit. In case of inclement weather, you may reschedule or cancel without any penalties. X-Treme Bouncy Rentals reserves the right to cancel any rental if it is deemed unsafe by us to set up. |

| Setting up your rental |
|
| When we arrive at your location to set up the rental for the day, an adult over the age of 18 years old must take delivery and sign our waiver. The waiver basically states that we have instructed you on the rules of use and that you will supervise the unit as directed. |

| Payments |
|
| Payment is expected at the time of set up in
the form of cash, credit card, or money order. PERSONAL CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. |
